Meet Jack Dalton!
Jack Dalton is a 14 year old Animal Activist, Public Speaker, Author, Educational YouTuber, and Fundraiser know as The Kid Conservationist. His goal is to protect animals and the environment, in particular orangutans, through the power of education, inspiration, and action. Jack has raised over $40,000 for education, rainforest restoration, and animal rehabilitation. The Kid Conservationist YouTube channel has over 1.25 million views in 149 countries and features interviews with experts, book readings with activities, and the 10 Facts In 10 Seconds series. Jack’s children’s book, Kawan The Orangutan, Lost In The Rainforest, aims to get kids to fall in love with animals from a young age. Every copy sold or donated plants a tree in the Indonesian rainforest, and over 4,000 trees have been planted because of this book.

- Turn off the lights before leaving a room
- Turn off water when brushing your teeth
- Join organizations and nonprofits that protect nature
- REFUSE plastic
- Use reusable water bottles, straws, and other products
- Buy bamboo products. such as toothbrushes and toilet paper
- Be a smart consumer- shop with awareness
- Buy second-hand clothing
- Eat less meat (or become vegetarian!)
- Recycle old cellphones
- Compost
- Reduce palm oil consumption
- Use a plastic free, reusable lunchbox
- Educate yourself and others on what we all can do!
