Everybody Has a Role to Play on Earthing Day
On Earthing Day, June 28, we’re trying to get one million people across the globe to walk or stand or dance barefoot on grass, sand or nature trails for 10 minutes. It’s day of solidarity with the planet and with each other.
The Benefits of Walking Barefoot on the Planet*
Numerous studies have shown that walking barefoot on the planet reduces stress,
improves mood and may help reduce inflammation.
*However, everyone should check with their doctor before walking barefoot on
the planet.
Check out our Earthing Day video below.
If you can’t walk barefoot on Earthing Day, show your love for the planet by donating to one of these seven environmental nonprofits. All donations are tax-deductible.
